and overhead jobs, such as vacation or sick time, for all employees.
Schedules can be maintained and viewed for the current day or any other
day, simply by clicking the calendar on the left side of the screen.
Call type and corresponding priority
codes are displayed. These features yield an easy to read "quick

Inventory
tracking allows you to keep track of the purchase and usage of inventory
items. Some key features of inventory tracking include:
-
Inventory can be maintained
at multiple locations ( i.e. warehouse, trucks and showroom).
-
In addition to various
reports, purchase history for each part can be tracked on the maintenance
screen for up to 3 vendors, as well as the last vendor the part
was purchased from.
-
Where applicable, parts
can be assigned a conversion factor. This allows you to purchase
using one unit of measure (i.e. case) and sell in another (i.e.
each).
-
Inventory parts can
be categorized for reporting and general ledger purposes.
- Serialized Inventory parts
allow tracking parts by serial number.
- Bar Coding can be used to
move inventory using a hand-held barcode reader

The
Job Estimation tool allows you to input estimates on jobs using the
above screen. Some key features of job estimates include:
-
Estimates can be entered
as a total for the entire job, or as individual estimates for each
job phase which the system then totals to create an overall job
estimate.
-
The job estimate screen
allows you to determine the contract amount as a fixed amount or
from a gross profit percentage allowing more flexibility in entering
estimate amounts.
Note: This is the estimate screen that comes
with the base system. For more detailed estimates using specific inventory
parts, labor factors and bid templates, we offer a Material Estimation
module.
