To take advantage of the high speed internet support available from CUC Software:
* Contact A Support Specialist via email or call 800-272-9908.
* Make sure that you have an active connection to the Internet.
* Be sure to have one of the following connection methods installed and running.
* The Support Specialist will provide any additional instructions.

|
CrossLoop® is a quick free download that allows CUC easy access to your computer. Crossloop provides you with a unique session access code that you can provide to the CUC technician when you call for support.

| LogMeIn
|
LogMeIn is a quick 2 minute download that allows CUC access to your desktop, without you necessarily having to be there. You supply CUC with a Username and Password for easy connection.

| Terminal Services
|
Ask your IT Tech if you have a Terminal Services connection, if so, all you need to do is supply CUC with your IP and Password for easy access. |
| Other | Other connection methods may be available. If you prefer to use an alternate method, please discuss that option with a CUC technician. |
