The Scheduling Screen for Employees allows you to schedule service jobs for technicians and overhead jobs, such as vacation or sick time, for all employees. Schedules can be maintained and viewed for the current day or any other day, simply by clicking the calendar on the left side of the screen. Call type and corresponding priority codes are displayed. These features yield an easy to read "quick reference" for dispatchers and supervisors. |
