Belyea Bros. Ltd has used Contractor’s Essential since February 1, 2008 and we have been very satisfied with the product.
It is a stable product and we have confidence in the accuracy of the data and reports that it produces. It’s menus are user friendly and it is straightforward how to extract the information that you need from its different modules.
Two of its strengths are in management reporting and customer service. It is easy to work with and to prepare reports for accounts receivable, payable and financial statements. Also the customer support aspect is very strong with a toll free phone number provided to obtain courteous and knowledgeable help for any problems that are encountered.
The staff are ready to connect on line to your computer if there is a situation that can’t be solved by just providing advice or information.
Our company is in the HVAC industry and we definitely endorse CUC Software as a reliable and effective product.
While we are still only scratching the surface of the possibilities in the field, the app has been a great help to give our field Technicians more autonomy in accessing client information. A key feature for us at the moment is that Technical staff can enter their work complete notes through their device, and with a simple sync, these notes seamlessly appear in our main office system. This will relive a lot of time from a data entry perspective. We are very excited to see the future possibilities of what EssentialsPro mobile can do!
The Contractor Essentials program has far too many strong points and options to list. The serialized equipment module and the new CPM module are just a couple of the fantastic tools to use and keep track of information and inventory. All of the modules contain reporting features which allow you to select several different ways of looking at your files and financial reports. Support is never an issue, it is only an email or a phone call away with a prompt response time. If you are wondering whether you should switch to CUC, don’t wonder anymore, just do it because you won’t regret it!!!
We have been using CUC Software since 2008 when our company was created. We find that in particular the service module is customized to fit the requirements of our small heating and cooling company. All the modules are user friendly and easy to maneuver through. The comprehensive accounting, as well as the job modules have been very helpful to us and always accommodate whatever business situations and/or requirements we have had in regards to capturing customer and equipment information. The training and day-to-day technical support we have received from the CUC team has been wonderful and timely. We continue to grow, and the software is growing with us. I would recommend the programs and the staff to anyone who finds that they have similar needs with no hesitation.
