The Contractor Essentials program has far too many strong points and options to list. The serialized equipment module and the new CPM module are just a couple of the fantastic tools to use and keep track of information and inventory. All of the modules contain reporting features which allow you to select several different ways of looking at your files and financial reports. Support is never an issue, it is only an email or a phone call away with a prompt response time. If you are wondering whether you should switch to CUC, don’t wonder anymore, just do it because you won’t regret it!!!
I have worked with CUC for many, many years now. I had CUC’s DOS version with my previous employer. I was diligent in getting CUC in my current company, Four Seasons Heating. We have grown our business, developing so many facets of our company using CUC Software and Contractor Essentials, because the software works so well. From accounting through inventory management, job tracking, marketing, payroll, and dispatching; I could go on and on. We rely on the simplicity, speed and comprehensive reporting capabilities of CUC Software to manage almost every detail of our business. To us, one of the most important elements about this system is the tremendous support provided by CUC. Not only does the software more than perform to our needs, but the backup support is exceptional.
I would only recommend CUC Software and would encourage others to not waste their time with anything else. No other software out there can even compare to what this can do for your company and your HVAC needs.
Versatile Program with excellent support
We have been using CUC Essentials for our mechanical contracting business for 10 years and are extremely pleased with it’s capabilities for tracking inventory, job costs and customer service records. We are easily able to see what equipment was installed on a job from 2005 if we need to return there for service.
CUC answers our calls immediately and provides the needed support whether it is for an error we have made or just to help us with an unusual transaction. Customer requests for improvements are considered and added to the next update if they are of benefit to a number of users. If they are specific to your own company they will quote on the custom upgrades.
I highly recommend this company for their dependability and ability to keep current in an era where technology is changing at an unprecedented pace.
