Scheduling Screen for Employees
The Scheduling Screen allows you to schedule service jobs for technicians and installers, lead appointments for salespeople, and general appointments (such as training, staff meetings, vacations, etc.) for all employees. Schedules can be maintained and viewed for the current day or any other day, simply by clicking the calendar on the left side of the screen.
Scheduled appointments may contain notes or comments, the type of call/appointment, priority (user defined levels) and status of the call. Additionally, appointments are color coded by zone to help dispatchers more efficiently route calls throughout the day. These features yield an easy to read “quick reference” for dispatchers and supervisors.
A simple right click option allows your dispatcher to easily email a workorder to a technician. Workorder emails can be formatted as PDFs or as customized text only messages depending on what type of device the email is being sent to. Additionally, with our GPS Interface module through NexTraq©, scheduled appointments can be automatically dispatched to Garmin© units in your service and install vehicles.
